OR-DBM MRMC 3.0
Overview: OR-DBM MRMC 3.0 is a 64-bit rewrite of the prior 32-bit OR-DBM MRMC 2.52. This new version no longer runs on the Microsoft .NET Framework. Instead, the main program has been completely rewritten in 64-bit Java. The ANOVA and curve-fitting DLLs are now written and compiled using 64-bit gfortran. The installer provides a private 64-bit OpenJDK JRE (build 1.8.0_292-b10). It is not necessary to have Java installed on your machine prior to downloading.
The software computes the Obuchowski-Rockette (OR) Dorfman-Berbaum-Metz (DBM) analyses for all three types of analyses: random readers with random cases, random readers with fixed cases, and fixed reader with random cases. Two types of error covariance estimation can be selected: jackknife or the method of DeLong et al. (1988, Biometrics). The program uses a “stacked” data entry format in which the treatment number, reader number, case number, truth state, and rating are specified for each line of the data file.
This software was developed as part of the Modern ROC Software for Multi- and Single-Reader Diagnostic Imaging Studies grant (1R01EB019967-01).
Limitations:
This RC2 version of the software is temporarily limited to nonparametric analyses.
